The Yuma County Recorder's Office creates and maintains public records. We use the latest archival standards and provide convenient access to these records for public viewing. We also provide residents access to the electoral process through the maintenance of a voter registration system and an early voting process.

The County Recorder's office and Voter Registration Division are closed to the public as a precautionary measure to encourage social distancing and compliance with protocols provided by our national, state, and local leaders.
