Arizona Revised Statutes prohibits the disposal of any waste tires in landfills and requires that each county provides at least one facility for the disposal of waste tires. Yuma County operates its waste tire collection site (WTCS) in the North Gila Valley. It is located on County 5th St., one mile east of Avenue 7E (Laguna Dam Road).
