| Laura Williamson is Yuma County’s Human Resources Trainer who has served Yuma County for over five years. Laura started her career with Yuma County in July of 2018 with the Yuma County Library District as Library Assistant I. In search for ways to improve health education and awareness for the community, Laura became a Health Educator for Yuma County’s Public Health Services District. Laura has earned an Associate’s degree in Behavioral Health and an Associate’s degree in Social Science from Imperial Valley College. Laura was recently accepted to Northern Arizona University where she plans to continue her education in Elementary Education. Laura is fascinated by human behavior and holds strong convictions about growth, learning, and education. Laura shares her enthusiasm of learning with employees to inspire professional and personal growth. |

| Nallely Flores is Yuma County’s Human Resources Training Supervisor with over 15 years experience working in Yuma County. Nallely started her career with Yuma County in June 2008 with the Office of the Public Defender as a Legal Secretary II and soon became the Legal Administrative Specialist. Nallely’s drive for improvement and learning led her to Human Resources where she began her career as a trainer in 2021. Nallely earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Northern Arizona University and an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal studies from Arizona Western College. Nallely is currently a certified trainer from Association for Talent Development, a certified First Aid/CPR/AED instructor in the state of Arizona, and is certified as a Real Colors Facilitator. She also volunteers as a board member for Yuma County’s Community Justice Board working with young juveniles helping to make positive life choices. Nallely believes continuous learning and growing both at work and at home drives success. Her positive outlook and love of learning while helping others has made her successful. “If you are not okay inside as an individual, then how can you be okay for anyone else?” |
