Safety is a priority for Yuma County.  We strive to ensure that Yuma County employees, volunteers and residents have a safe, secure and healthy place in which to work and conduct business.

The Safety, Healthy and Security Program at Yuma County strives to maintain a safe and secure workplace thereby preventing workplace injuries, illnesses and fatalities.  Proactive measures of hazard awareness, risk identification, education, training, program development, risk resolution and communication are practiced and provided for all employees.
