YUMA County Employee Benefit Trust Plan for Mexico - (SSA Mexico)



Optional Benefit Program
SSA Mexico is an add-on Benefit available to employees who are enrolled in a YUMA County medical plan.

BENEFITS ARE COVERED AT 100% UP TO A MAXIMUM OF $5,000 PER PERSON OR $10,000 PER FAMILY (FAMILY OF 2 OR MORE) PER CALENDAR YEAR.

• No Deductible
• No Co-pay  
• No out-of-pocket expenses

No Dental/Vision Benefits (No refractive erros, glasses, Lasik). Medications that do not require an Rx in the Untied States will not be covered-limited to a 30 Day supply.

 Benefits will be paid to the appropriate provider through the SSA Network (only the services provided by these providers will be covered).

Coverage is only provided for services authorized in the YCEBT Medical Program
- and only to employees enrolled in the YCEBT Medical Plans.
