Basic Life Insurance/Accidental Death & Dismemberment is provided at no cost to Employees.
- Basic Life Insurance benefit is one times the employee's annual salary, with a maximum of $50,000.
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) benefit is one times the employee's annual salary, with a maximum of $50,000.
