  • Requires every public officer to file a Financial Disclosure Statement covering the preceding calendar year, as outlined in A.R.S. §18-444(D).

Filing Deadline

• January 1, 2026 to January 31, 2026

Fines for Late Filing

• Financial Disclosure Statements must be received by our office by the deadline. Any statements received after the due date will incur a $50 per day the statement is late, up to a maximum of $500 total, as outlined in A.R.S. §38-544.
