The contractor will continue their earthwork operation within project limits. This work is taking place away from the roadways for the next two weeks.

During this period, motorists should expect minor traffic impacts due to the movement of construction vehicles and equipment. Please use caution when traveling through the area, follow all posted traffic control devices, and remain alert for construction personnel.

General Information:

This project is administered by ADOT.

The proposed project is located in Yuma County at the intersection of County 11th Street and Avenue G. The work consists of removing the sharp curve and realignment and widening of Avenue G and County 11th Street to provide exclusive left and right turn lanes. The work also includes aggregate base, asphalt concrete, streetlight conduit and junction boxes, pavement marking, signing, and other related work.
