The Arizona Revised Statutes §11-251.08 awards the Yuma County Board of Supervisors the authority to adopt fee schedules for specific products or services providing that the fee or charge is used to defray or cover the expense of the product or service, that the fee or charge not exceed the actual costs of the good or service, and that the Yuma County Board of Supervisors hold a public hearing after having given sufficient legal notice.
