All regular family visits shall be a maximum of either 15, 30 or 45 minutes in length based upon a juvenile's earned level.

  • Level One = One 15 minute visit per week
  • Level Two = Two 15 minute visits per week
  • Level Three = Two 30 minute visits per week.
  • Level Four = Two 45 minutes visits per week.

Visitation Days and Hours 

  • Tue & Fri "A" & "C" pods 6-9 p.m.
  • Wed & Sat "B" & "D" pods 6-9 p.m.
  • Thu & Sun "E" & "F" pods 6-9 p.m.

Family members (Parents, Guardians, Legal Custodians) wishing to schedule a visit are required to make an appointment. Any other family member must be pre-authorized by the child’s Probation Officer prior to making an appointment. Appointment requests will only be accepted between the hours of 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on the day of the visit. Please call (928) 314-1823 to make an appointment. No visits will be allowed without a prior appointment having being made. 


All visitors shall be at least eighteen years old. A photo identification must be produced by all visitors prior to visitation. Exceptions may be granted only by a Detention Supervisor.

Upon entering the facility, each visitor shall register with the receptionist or Detention Officer.  Children are not permitted to enter lobby area during visitation hours.  Handbags, briefcases, packages, and personal items are to be secured in a visitor’s vehicle or a locker (located in the Detention Center lobby. All personal items brought into the facility are subject to search by detention staff. The juvenile court will not assume responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen property either in the Detention Center or on it's premises.   NO CELL PHONES ARE PERMITTED IN THE DETENTION CENTER.
