Carly Sandoval is a dedicated and seasoned Hearing Officer and Initial Appearance Master with over 15 years of service in the Justice Court system and more than two decades of experience in the criminal-justice field. She began her career in 2002 with the County Attorney’s Office and Victim Services, and for the past eight years has served as a Hearing Officer/Initial Appearance Master, consistently demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a deep commitment to fair and efficient judicial processes.
In her current role, Carly hears small claims and civil traffic hearings, juvenile hearings, and conducts the initial appearances for in-custody cases for all Yuma County courts.
A lifelong resident of Yuma County, raised in the agricultural community of Somerton, Carly embodies the values of hard work, accountability, and service—principles she carries into her work each day. She takes great pride in her responsibility to the Court and in her dedication to the community she has called home for over 40 years.
