Swift Accountable Fair Enforcement (S.A.F.E.)

• Targeted population: Probationers placed on standard or intensive probation who have been non-compliant in specific areas of their probation and need additional structure and accountability to be successful on probation.
• Probationers on these caseloads are held to strict standards of accountability for reporting to their officers, staying clean and sober, and attending treatment.
• Specific non-compliant behaviors result in swift--as close to the violations as possible--and certain consequences.
• Probationers make frequent appearances before the Judge depending on their progress in the Program.
