  • Restitution Court holds probationers accountable who have not paid or are not current with their Restitution payment requirements.
  • Probationers are required to appear in Court and show cause for their non-compliance to the Judge.
  • The Judge either establishes a new payment plan, offers an option of paying their delinquency, or sentences them to a period in jail as a sanction.
  • The Restitution Program has collected over $150,000 since its inception in November 2013.
