The Sex Offender Supervision Program is designed to provide specialized supervision and treatment services for individuals convicted of sexual offenses.

Probation officers assigned to sex offender caseloads receive specialized training in treatment methodologies, supervision strategies, offender profiling, polygraph examinations, among other tools. Caseloads are intentionally limited in size and involve increased levels of direct contact to ensure enhanced monitoring and protection of the community.

Individuals supervised under this program are subject to strict compliance with specialized conditions of probation specifically tailored to address the risks and needs associated with sexual offending behavior and operate under both the Supervised Probation and Intensive Probation levels.  Placement is determined by validated risk assessment and court-ordered conditions.
