The function of the Grants Division is to coordinate and assist County Departments to actively seek grant resources to enhance or improve the socioeconomic environments for County residents.  Staff is able to provide grant assistance in project development, research, training, proposal writing, and project implementation.  Both the federal Community Development Block Grant and the Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Programs are administered by us.

Arizona homeowners who have experienced hardship due to COVID-19 may qualify for mortgage and utility assistance from the Arizona Department of Housing.
