Provide staffing for customer service from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Serve all legal process from the Justice of the Peace and other competent authorities within three working days (including weekends). These legal processes include:

• Criminal and Civil Summons and Complaints
• Subpoenas
• Small Claims Summons and Subpoenas
• Special Detainers/Forcible Detainers (certified mailing when applicable)
• Writs of Restitutions
• Writs of Garnishments
• Injunctions Prohibiting Harassment
• Order of Protections
• Cost Recovery
• Orders to Show Cause
• Landlord/Tenant Communications
• Skip Tracing
• Research person(s) affected by legal process to enhance safety during service
• Assist other agencies with the service of documents
• Prepare and execute the eviction process within a 24 hour time frame
• Problem solving as necessary during daily duties
