Classification /Compensation: salary surveys, position classification studies, position control administration.

Benefits Administration: manage the YUMA County Employee Benefit Trust Health Plan and all other benefit programs.

Employee development: training assessments, coordination of various training programs .

Yuma County Administrator, Robert Pickels has announced the County’s launch into the virtual world of social networking over the Internet. The application will be used to keep the community informed of current information effecting their everyday lives and will also compliment the County’s Emergency Management communication efforts.
Yuma County Administrator Robert Pickels announced today the successful launch of a new mobile website that allows you to access your County government from your mobile phone. The new site reformats the extensive information found at www.yumacountyaz.gov to make them accessible and easily navigable on just about any phone that offers web access. The site also makes it easier to access most all information on the regular website and critical information during an emergency; all on a smartphone or mobile device.
