Hours
Vaccinations are given on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. For more information on regular vaccinations, the Immunization Clinic can be reached at (928) 317-4559. The H1N1 flu vaccine is also still available through the Immunization Clinic on the above days and hours at no charge.
Child Immunizations
There is a visit fee of $10.00 for all children ≤ 18 years of age. The vaccines are free of charge. No one will be denied services for the inability to pay.
When bringing your child for immunization you will need to have the following items with you:
- Up to date Immunization Record
- Proof of Yuma County Residency
- Guardianship paperwork if you are not the parent
- AHCCCS/KidsCare card or letter

As of May 1, 2007 the YCPHSD Immunizations office will require patients to provide proof that they are a Yuma County resident in order to receive immunization services.
Below is a list of items that will be accepted as proof that you reside in Yuma County:
- Current utility or cable bill
- Current rent or mortgage document
- Driver’s license with current address
- Pay Stub
- Letter from homeowner that the person resides within their home
- Mail with current postmark (cannot be a PO Box address)
- State or local document that can only be obtained with proof of address
If you are unable to provide proof that you reside in Yuma County you will be referred to another provider.
Adult Immunizations
Adult vaccines vary in price. You may call the office at (928) 317-4559 to inquire about the price of specific vaccines. If you have AHCCCS or Medicare Part B please bring your card with you.
