YCEBT Wellness Initiative is back!
There will be several fitness events that will occur throughout the year such as fun runs, exercise sessions, Zumba classes, and other activities.

Weight Loss Challenge
Welcome to the "Fitness Challenge"
Our Summer Beach Body Fitness Challenge will be kicking off on Friday, August 10, 2018!
Purpose: The purpose of the Fitness Challenge is to promote, encourage and support participants in establishing and maintaining a healthy weight-loss and exercise program that demonstrates a healthy and active lifestyle.
Eligibility: Participation is voluntary; anyone who would like to reach or maintain a healthy weight is encouraged to participate. Only employee’s that are covered under the Yuma County Employee Benefit Trust (YCEBT) medical plan are eligible to participate.* This challenge is only for employees -dependents are not eligible to participate at this time.
How & When: This is an 6 week Challenge beginning August 10, 2018 and ending on September 21, 2018. Participants must attend the initial and final measurements to be eligible for a prize. All measurement submissions and measurement photos are kept confidential.
Please note -New requirement to be eligible to win one of the finalist prizes. There are 4 activities that our participants must complete in order to receive the incentive along with completing the initial and final measurement submission. Challenges are listed on the measurement sheet.
The information sessions will be conducted on Tuesday, August 7th at the following times & locations:

The initial measurements will be conducted on Friday, August 10th at the following times & locations:
Employees should wear light-weight clothing (preferably gym attire), and should avoid wearing skirts, dresses and cargo pants.

*Important Note: Measurements will ONLY be taken during the listed times above. Walk-ins will not be taken throughout the work day not to disrupt the working environment. Please bring your measurement sheet with you to record your measurements.
