 Safety Excellence Award Program

Staff recognition and reward for a job well done fulfills a basic human need for acknowledgement and affirmation. When staff are recognized for their contributions, they naturally engage at a higher level and safety awareness increases.  The overall goal of a safety recognition program is to drive positive safety behavior and ultimately impact losses to an organization.
