A.R.S. 16-901, 16-905-16-938

  • Each candidate or committee not intending to spend more than one thousand one hundred dollars ($1,100) NO campaign finance reporting is required, unless the candidate raises or spends, in any combination, more than one thousand one hundred dollars (1,100)

  • Each candidate or committee must file a Statement of Organization within 10 DAYS after receiving or expending money over the limit. ($1,100) A.R.S. 16-906 (C)

  • Each candidate or committee intending to accept contributions or make expenditures (in any combination) of more than one thousand one hundred dollars ($1,100) shall file a Statement of Organization with the filing officer
